PEGGY PORSCHEN REVIEW

If I haven’t already bored you to tears with my last few Instagram pictures, then I’d like to bombard you (again) with more baby-pink than could ever be necessary, and review my trip to Peggy Porschen Cakes.

After visiting, and falling in love with, Saint Aymes in Marble Arch (blog post here), I decided that I’d like to start conquering all the Instagrammable places around London. It’s a hub for OTT restaurants and extra shop-fronts, so I’m making it my mission.
Unless you’ve been living under a rock, you’ll probably have seen or heard of Peggy Porschen. It’s a bakery/cafe near Victoria Train Station, with a pastel pink exterior and a huge floral arch over the door.

BUDAPEST

Helló, and welcome to part two of our European adventure! This time I’m going to bore you to death regale you with tales from Budapest, Hungary. This city was definitely one of our favourites from the whole trip, with more kebabs, avant-garde bars and boiling weather than you can shake a stick at (do people really shake sticks at things? If so, I would like to meet these people).

After recovering from the food poisoning incident in Split, Croatia (read my Croatia blog post first, if you haven’t already!), we braved the 14-hour overnight train and arrived in Budapest at around 8:30am…
