So, this is my gorgeous bikini! It came in a postage parcel which was a white plastic bag with my address on it. Inside is a clear plastic bag with the brand name TRIANGL on it. Inside that is the neoprene bag of the same colour as your chosen bikini! Mine is California Coral. Then inside the neoprene bag is the top and the bottom packaged separately in clear plastic bags.
This is everything I received in my package:
The bikini is really sturdy. The fabric is thick and actually quite insulating, after all, it is wetsuit material! The top has the traingl logo on the ends of the straps, and overall, it does a very good job covering me up and providing me with a bit of much-needed volume.
The bikini comes with some care cards, which instruct you how to properly clean and dry your bikini. It essentially states how delicate and easily marked the neoprene fabric is, and recommends that you iron out any marks carefully. Some of this information is also printed on the labels on the inside of the bikini.
This is what the bikini looks like on me. All in all, I'd say it is one of the most comfortable bikinis you could wear. You feel very secure in it (that is, nothing feels as though it's going to fall out), and it provides me with the extra lift/support/volume I was hoping for. The straps are quite stretchy, but when they are tied, they hold well and give you a decent amount of lift. As for the colour, I love it! The pale coral colour really makes your skin look tanned, even though I'm currently extremely pale! The other colours I'd look at buying are Indiana Ice, which is a pure white with the great contrasting black lining, and Santa Rosa Splash, which is a gorgeous vibrant blue. Of all the different designs of the Triangl bikinis, I definitely prefer this 'Chloe' style bikini, but I think that is due to my body type. They recommend the 'Ollie' bikinis for girls who want a push up fit, but I much prefer the look of the tie-up bikini with matching bottoms. Other than that, they have a bandeau style bikini with metallic bottoms and a contrasting colour top, but that wouldn't have been so flattering on me because of my smaller chest.
Hi sweetie the bikini looks amazing, this may be a bit personal but may i ask what size you bought for the bottoms? Because I'm also interested in buying a pair but I'm unsure about what size get xox
ReplyDeleteI got an s in the bottoms but an xs in top :)
DeleteI know this is personal but i have a very small chest like i could be a boy hahah but does it give you a good amount of lift and make u look like you have a bigger chest
ReplyDeleteso were the bottoms (you said you got a small) true to size? i heard they don't stretch much and i'm worried it'll cut into my skin if I get a small but might be too much coverage as a medium... thanks for the blog!
ReplyDeleteHi, I'm just wondering how to clean them? I lost the cards that say how to properly wash them! Also, if I want to iron out any creases, how should I do that? Thanks! :)
ReplyDeleteCool hand wash, I just do mine in the sink after I've been swimming :) When ironing the creases out, use a low temperature and use another piece of fabric to protect the neoprene, don't iron directly on the bikini! Hope this helps :))
DeleteHi I was just wondering, did you have to pay customs when this arrived??
ReplyDeleteHi! I'm going to bye one of these lovely bikinis, and I'm concerned about the bottoms. I have heard that they are very small, and that you should get a size larger than you normaly use. Is this correct?
ReplyDeleteIt looks great on you!:) I bought two bikinis last week. Unfortunately, they have stock issues now and can give no indication of when they can ship them..
ReplyDeleteHi :) I was wondering what the measurements (lengths) of the sides of the triangle were, and the space between them? I'm meant to be an xs too, but im worried it will be too revealing haha thanks :)
ReplyDeleteHey I am ordering this bikini today and I wear a 1 or 2 in pants, should I order a small or extra small in bottoms?

Oh this bikini looks soooo amazing. I know this neoprene swimwear has been all the rage this summer and it's easy to see why! I really want one for myself but definitely not the weather or the bikini bod for it. I will have to work my ass off to get my slim on! The bottoms are soooo low! I can't believe how low they come at the front. Haha. Good to hear everything's held in though. That's the only thing about skimpy swimwear! Rosemary X

ReplyDeleteBEWARE! This company has ZERO customer service... no phone numbers, chat people give you the run around, they say they are sending an email but they don't, then if you finally get to the end of this run around and time wasting they ask you to ship to Hong Kong pay the shipping and then they subtract the original shipping from your purchase! are you kidding me?? you end up owing them money and having no suit at all! I can't stand poor customer service this goes beyond poor into the SCAM category! BEWARE!
